1. Purchase of Goods

3. Refund Policy

A refund of funds paid by the Customer for goods may be made in the following cases:

3.1. Returned goods must be in marketable condition (no contamination of any kind) and fully complete (packaging, etc.).

3.3. If the return is due to the company's fault (defect, order picking error), all transportation costs are paid by the company. Attention! Returns without an application are not processed.

IMPORTANT! Please note: if you indicate "cash on delivery" when sending your return, we will not receive the parcel. Such parcels are returned to the sender. Also, if the return is not our fault and you indicated that the recipient pays for delivery, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount for the goods.
